About Sara

I arrived at this work through intention and purpose. My background encompasses wellness education, integrative health coaching, end-of-life support, risk awareness, safety evaluation, speaking, and writing. As a mature woman with decades of invaluable lived and professional experience, I possess a keen insight into the decisions people encounter as they age, care for others, safeguard their homes, select products, and contemplate the legacy they wish to create with resilience, reinvention, and rebuilding during and after significant life transitions.

Transitioning from city life to the serenity of the farm has taught me profound lessons in rebuilding. I understand the importance of asking insightful questions. I evaluate every product, home, decision, or stage of life with the critical inquiry: “Does this genuinely support the person intended to utilizing it?”

That question informs and drives my work.

I BELIEVE: people deserve actionable information, not jargon that overshadows them.

I BELIEVE: wellness should be practical and grounded, not performative.

I BELIEVE: products must be assessed based on their real-life functionality, particularly for mature adults, caregivers, independent women, and those creating homes that prioritize comfort, safety, and ease.

I BELIEVE: aging deserves to be approached with dignity and foresight, not fear.

I firmly believe that every individual carries a story worth honoring. Some stories evolve into books. Others spark family dialogues or transform into legacy endeavors. Some manifest as the quiet but powerful decision to live differently from that moment onward.

My work empowers individuals, families, communities, and brands that value honesty, utility, dignity, and thoughtful decision-making.

Ultimately, I advocate for this: People deserve to live with enhanced clarity, genuine care, and practical wisdom well before life compels them to do so.

Minimal warm still life with books, a ceramic bowl, natural elements, and soft pink flowers.

Helping people move through life’s transitions with clarity, care, and practical wisdom.
