Services

I have spent over a decade combined in the intersection of wellness, publishing, and consumer advocacy. My personal perspective is shaped by a career by honest experiences—not mere trend cycles.

Wellness Coach and Educator

Event organizers and publications engage with me for my clarity and credibility on stage, in panels, and during breakout sessions. I speak and write on topics related to wellness education, resilience, mature-market consumer behavior, and the discrepancies between product claims and actual outcomes.

Speaker & Writer
Product Review & UGC Creator

I provide wellness coaching services to improve your life at any point. With certifications in Integrative Nutrition and experience in various gentle yoga styles, I emphasize movements suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. Drawing from my background as a Wellness Facilitator, I help people reconnect with their inner selves through the practice of breath and tranquility. I speak on topics related to health and wellness, and aging — from panels and stages to personal breakout sessions.

Brands engaging with the 50+ demographic enlist my opinion to provide genuine product reviews and create user-generated content that appears authentic—because it is. There are no lifestyle fantasies or overly polished endorsements.

As a certified End-of-Life Doula, I hold space for those navigating the sacred journeys of life, grief and end-of-life transitions. I provide meaningful conversations that honor each person’s unique values and wishes, as well as comfort, guidance, and a nurturing environment for emotional and physical transition.

As a Mourning Facilitator, I provide a safe space for physical mourning—the raw, outward expression of loss. Mourning isn’t always polite; it’s about releasing emotions through crying, screaming, or other unfiltered expressions. Distinct from grief, this process helps you move through pain and find healing in a supportive environment.

Allow me to foster "The Conversation" about end-of-life wishes, estate planning, and legacy. One of my goals is to encourage a shift in how we speak about death. By using straightforward and honest language, we can better face its reality and significance. Whether in family roundtables or community gatherings through churches or other groups, I guide individuals to open up about dying and death to ensure their loved ones’ voices are heard and respected to leave a lasting legacy.
