Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zenful Life Living LLC. Because many of our products are digital, printed in small batches, made to order, or fulfilled through third-party production partners, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.

This includes ebooks, digital downloads, printable materials, courses, guides, templates, audio files, card deck downloads, workbooks, and any other product delivered electronically.

Because digital products provide immediate access and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Printed Physical Products

Printed physical products include physical books, card decks, journals, workbooks, printed guides, printed cards, and other physical materials sold through this website.

All sales of printed physical products are final except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, printing errors, fulfillment errors, or shipping damage reported within 7 days of delivery.

Examples of qualifying issues may include receiving the wrong item, missing pages, major printing defects, binding failure, or damage that clearly occurred during shipping.

Books, cards, decks, journals, workbooks, or other printed items that show signs of use, wear, marking, bending, water damage, alteration, misuse, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for refund or replacement.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds because a customer has read the item, used the item, changed their mind, no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong item, or expected different content, size, color, format, or design.

Print-on-Demand and Made-to-Order Items

Some physical products sold through this website may be produced or fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners, including but not limited to Printful, book printers, card printers, merchandise printers, or other fulfillment providers.

Print-on-demand and made-to-order items are created specifically after an order is placed. For that reason, these items are final sale unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, printing error, fulfillment error, or qualifying shipping damage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, change of mind, customer-entered address errors, or normal variations in color, print placement, texture, or appearance due to screen settings or production differences.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, color options, product images, formats, and shipping information before placing an order.

Order Issues and Return Authorization

If you believe your order has a qualifying issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery before returning any item.

A Return Authorization is required before any return, refund, or replacement will be considered. Items returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Order number
Name and email address used at checkout
Clear photographs of the item
Clear photographs of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

We may request additional information before determining whether the issue qualifies for a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, printing error, fulfillment error, or qualifying shipping damage.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected, when applicable.

Do not return items directly to the printer, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner unless instructed to do so in writing.

Address Errors and Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error, refusal, failure to pick up, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Final Decision

Zenful Life Living LLC reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution based on the information provided and the condition of the item.

This policy is intended to be fair to customers while also protecting small-batch, digital, printed, and made-to-order products from misuse, unauthorized returns, and non-resalable returns.
